Villa Extrosa - Living and dining room

Please read our villa rules and regulations carefully. Making online bookings through our website or through third party websites means you agree with these rules and regulations.

Either you book on our website or third party website, you will be asked for a security deposit fee.

The deposit can be paid on the arrival day at the villa (cash only in Idr/other value currency) or by our website during booking process (by credit card), minimum $100 is required for minimum 2 nights stay. Total amount of deposit is depend on the total nights stay.

On the check out date, our staff will check everything and the deposit will be returned (with the same method).

  1. Villa Extrosa has the obligation to register its guests and send a copy to the local police department therefore a valid form of I.D is required from guests upon arrival. 

  2.  Check-in time is after 2p.m. and check out is at 11a.m. local time, No early check-in or late check-out

  3. Pets are not permitted in the villa under any conditions, unless agreed with the owner in advance. 

  4. What you find at Villa Extrosa remains in your availability during your stay. We ask you not to take away anything because others may need of it after you. If there any deficiencies at the time of control  could be debited through your credit card

  5. Guests are obliged to pay for any damage caused in the villa

  6. We remind all guests that a safe is available in the rooms where valuable items can be stored. “Villa Extrosa” declines all responsibility for any lost valuables within the Villa during your stay. 

  7. Both the key to the rooms and the main door of the villa will be provided upon arrival. In the event of a lost key there will be a fee of Rp.500.000 to be paid.

  8. We kindly ask guests not to move furniture around in the rooms and other areas and to not interfere with furnishings, cables and electrical equipment without consulting a member of staff first. 

  9. Please report any problems during your stay and we will do our upmost to resolve them as quick as possible.   

  10. Internet WI-FI connection is free and is available throughout the villa

  11. No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without approval from the villa management. Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.

  12. Smoking and consuming meals within the bedrooms are not permitted. 

  13. Guests are asked to be respectful towards others by maintaining a reasonable volume on the television, turning lights out when necessary and water. 

  14. Please do not dispose of materials down toilets and sinks that could cause blockage. 

  15. Rooms must be left by 11:00am on the day of departure. 

  16. All keys are left with our staff.

  17. The renter agrees that the villa will be made accessible at any time for maintenance as required.

  18.  would be grateful if you would turn the air conditioner off whenever you leave the suite 

  19. The maximum number of villa guests is limited to eight (8) persons. And must be registered and communicated during the reservation, the villa has a right to charge for any additional non registered guest 

  20. Avoid leaving any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Seafood, smelly fruits such as Durian, Jackfruit and other potent smelling food are NOT ALLOWED in the villa
